Fernando B. Enad, PhD Master Teacher II San Agustin National High School
Dr. Fernando Enad is a Master Teacher II at San Agustin National High School in Sagbayan, Bohol, where he teaches ICT and Research subjects. A strong advocate of digital transformation in education, he created the Recruitment, Selection, and Placement Management System (RSPMS) for DepEd Bohol, the Management Information System (MIS) for secondary schools in the division, and the MIS of Colegio de Loboc.
He holds a PhD in Educational Management, and master’s degrees in Information Systems and Educational Management. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Sustainability at the University of the Philippines Open University, focusing on sustainability transitions, systems thinking, and school governance.
Dr. Enad is a peer reviewer for international journals and a fellow of Eudoxia Research institutions. His recent publications explore MIS implementation, RSP systems, and senior high school challenges. He has received numerous recognitions, including the DepEd National ICT Innovation Award, the Outstanding Teacher Award, and the Superintendent’s Special Award.
